LEGAL NOTICE / COMPANY INFORMATION
1. Website Operator
1.1. This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the corporate website https://vpk-mac.com, including its Ukrainian- and English-language pages (the “Website”). The Website is operated by the legal entity specified in Section 2 (the “Operator” or the “Company”). The Operator is the entity identified as the Website data controller in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy, unless a relevant notice expressly identifies a different controller for a separate processing activity.
1.2. The Website provides public information about MAC HUB’s defence-technology activities, products, business directions, cooperation opportunities and channels for preliminary enquiries. “MAC HUB” is a commercial designation used in connection with a platform bringing together Ukrainian developers, manufacturers and related businesses; use of that name does not, of itself, identify a separate legal person.

2.2. The address stated above is the Operator’s official legal or correspondence address. This Notice does not disclose the location of production facilities, laboratories, testing grounds, warehouses, military facilities or other sensitive operational premises. Information whose publication is mandatory under applicable law will be provided in accordance with that law.
3. Contact Information

3.3. General Website forms and public email addresses are not intended for submitting information constituting a state secret, restricted defence documentation or other sensitive technical materials. Any such exchange must be arranged separately through an appropriate authorised channel, without prejudice to existing confidentiality obligations.
4. MAC HUB Companies and Business Areas
4.1. The Website presents several areas of activity, including armoured vehicles (Military Armored Company), unmanned aircraft (MAC Air Strike), components and electronics (MAC Gear Systems), unmanned maritime systems (KATRAN), demining technologies (MAC Demining Systems), ground robotics (MAC RobotiX Systems) and defence software (MAC Construct). These names describe publicly presented business directions or products and do not, by themselves, establish the legal status of any entity.
4.2. References to individual companies, products, joint developments or third-party products do not automatically mean that the Operator is their manufacturer, owner, seller, contracting party or holder of all economic intellectual property rights. The identity, authority and obligations of a party to a particular transaction are determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
4.3. A company receiving an enquiry through the Website may act as a legally separate entity and, where applicable, as an independent controller of personal data in its subsequent dealings with the person making the enquiry. The allocation of data-protection responsibilities is further explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Website Legal Information
5.1. This Notice provides information about the Operator and the legal affiliations of entities presented on the Website. It does not constitute general terms of sale, a binding product specification, an investment offer or a waiver of mandatory legal obligations.
5.2. The Privacy Policy addresses personal-data processing; the Cookie Policy addresses cookies and similar technologies; the Terms of Use govern access to and use of Website materials; and the Website Disclaimer addresses the informational character of product, technical and investment-related content. Those documents should be read together, each within its own subject matter.
5.3. The Operator may update this Notice when legally relevant information changes. The current version and its date of revision are made available on the Website. This Notice does not limit rights or duties arising under applicable law.
