WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Website Disclaimer (the “Disclaimer”) sets out the nature of, and limits on the use of, information published on https://vpk-mac.com, including its Ukrainian- and English-language pages (the “Website”). The Website is operated by the legal entity identified in the Legal Notice / Company Information (the “Operator”). “MAC HUB” is a commercial designation associated with several business directions and companies; it does not, by itself, identify a single legal person.
1.2. The Website presents corporate, product, technical, partnership and investment-related information for general information and preliminary business enquiries. Unless expressly provided by a separate legally valid document, publication on the Website does not constitute a binding offer, a contractual undertaking, a product warranty or an authorisation to acquire, manufacture, use or export defence-related technology.
1.3. This Disclaimer should be read together with the Terms of Use, Legal Notice / Company Information, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. It does not replace an applicable contract, a mandatory statutory disclosure or any obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Product Information
2.1. Product descriptions may concern armoured vehicles, unmanned aerial and maritime systems, electronics, robotics, demining equipment, software and associated solutions. References to products such as MAC OWL, OWL-APC, MAC Dead Fly or the KATRAN series identify publicly presented projects or product lines, not necessarily a single fixed configuration or an offer from the Website Operator.
2.2. Images, videos, renderings, demonstrations and descriptions may illustrate a prototype, development-stage system, test article, optional equipment or a particular production configuration. Appearance, equipment, integration, functions and development status may differ between versions and may change as products are tested and improved.
2.3. Statements about testing, combat experience, codification, certification, standards compliance or performance relate to the product, version and scope to which they expressly refer. They should not be interpreted as blanket confirmation that every variant has obtained the same status, passed identical testing or is suitable for every intended application.
2.4. Product-related decisions must be based on verified information relevant to the specific model, configuration, intended use and contracting party. Any legally binding description, warranty or acceptance criteria must be determined under the applicable agreement and required documentation.
3. Technical Specifications
3.1. Dimensions, weights, payloads, ranges, speeds, protection levels, power ratings, software capabilities and other technical figures published on the Website may depend on configuration, test conditions, operating environment or stage of development. Unless incorporated into a binding agreement by an authorised party, they are informational rather than agreed contractual specifications.
3.2. Illustrative or reported test results do not guarantee identical results under different operating conditions, nor do they replace the testing, inspection, assessment or certification required for a particular product, customer or lawful use. No statement on the Website is a guarantee of mission outcome, uninterrupted functionality or suitability for every application.
3.3. Where a duly executed contract, an approved technical specification, an acceptance protocol or another legally binding product document governs a transaction, the relevant document determines the parties’ obligations within its scope. This does not prejudice mandatory duties concerning accuracy, safety, quality or misleading statements.
3.4. Public photographs, diagrams, software descriptions and product summaries are not complete engineering documentation or instructions for manufacture, modification, deployment or maintenance. Access to them does not grant rights in confidential know-how or intellectual property; the Terms of Use contain the applicable rules for Website materials.
4. Availability and Supply
4.1. Publication on the Website of information about a product, system, service or development does not confirm its actual availability, serial-production capacity, readiness for dispatch, price, available configuration, delivery territory, export eligibility or a commitment to supply it.
4.2. Prices, quantities, lead times, configurations, documentation, warranty conditions, training, servicing and support, where applicable, are subject to separate confirmation and agreement with the properly identified contracting party. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a product or create a purchase, procurement or supply agreement.
4.3. Any proposed supply or cooperation may be subject to technical assessment, lawful end-user and end-use checks, sanctions screening, licences, approvals, procurement requirements and other applicable restrictions. The presence of information on the Website cannot override those requirements or oblige a company to disclose restricted information.
4.4. Software, integration, updates, licences and ongoing support may be provided on separate terms and are not deemed included in a hardware description or preliminary commercial discussion unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Partner Products
5.1. The Website may refer to products or technologies developed, manufactured, supplied or jointly developed with independent partners. A reference to a partner, collaboration, integration or jointly presented product does not automatically make the Operator its manufacturer, licensor, seller or guarantor.
5.2. The applicable product origin, intellectual-property ownership, authorisations, manufacturer obligations, supply commitments and warranty arrangements must be verified for the specific transaction. Descriptions received from third parties may be updated or corrected; each party remains responsible for its own legally attributable representations and obligations.
5.3. Partner names, product designations and trademarks are used for identification and do not imply an unrestricted licence, endorsement beyond the actual relationship, or an obligation by one MAC HUB company to perform another entity’s contract. The Legal Notice and Terms of Use explain the separation of legal entities and applicable rights.
6. Export Restrictions
6.1. Certain products, software, components, technical data and related services described on the Website may be controlled under the laws of Ukraine concerning international transfers of military and dual-use goods, applicable sanctions, and export-control or security rules of other jurisdictions where legally relevant.
6.2. The Website’s public accessibility, the publication of a product description or a response to an enquiry does not constitute an export licence, a transfer authorisation, a permitted end-use determination or permission to disclose controlled technical information.
6.3. Any transfer, export, re-export, brokering, technical assistance or other controlled activity, where applicable, requires independent assessment and the necessary authorisations before it occurs. No product or service is represented as available to every person, recipient, territory or end user.
6.4. Requests involving classified information, restricted defence documentation, manufacturing locations or non-public technical data must be handled through an appropriate authorised procedure, not an ordinary Website form or publicly listed email address. Existing confidentiality and security obligations continue to apply.
7. Investment Information
7.1. The Website may describe prospective investments, funding initiatives or plans for a joint-stock company and future share issuance. Such statements concern intentions only; they do not confirm the state registration of the joint-stock company, any securities issuance or the current availability of an investment offer.
7.2. Unless expressly and lawfully stated in a separate document, Website materials and the investment enquiry form do not constitute a prospectus, an offer to buy or subscribe for securities, investment advice or a commitment to accept funds. An enquiry does not reserve shares or create shareholder, creditor or other investment rights.
7.3. Business plans, production estimates, market opportunities and other forward-looking information involve operational, financial, regulatory and market risks. Actual outcomes may differ materially. Publication does not guarantee an investment return, valuation, timetable or completion of a transaction.
7.4. Any actual securities offer or regulated investment activity must comply with applicable capital-markets law, including disclosure, authorisation and prospectus requirements where relevant. A communication’s legal character depends on its substance and governing law; this Disclaimer cannot make an otherwise regulated offer unregulated.
8. Accuracy and Liability
8.1. The Operator aims to keep Website information accurate, but materials may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly translated or contain errors. Before relying on them for procurement, technical, operational or investment decisions, visitors should obtain current written confirmation from the relevant company.
8.2. Subject to mandatory law and binding agreements, Website content is informational and is not promised to be exhaustive, continuously updated or suitable for a particular transaction. The Operator may correct or update it as appropriate.
8.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on general Website information as a confirmed specification, technical assessment or investment document. This does not exclude liability for the Operator’s unlawful acts or binding commitments.
8.4. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, misleading statements, mandatory product-safety or quality requirements, or any other non-excludable duty or remedy. Existing enforceable contractual obligations of the responsible legal entity remain unaffected.
8.5. The Operator may revise this Disclaimer; the published version will show its revision date. For clarification, contact info@mac-hub.com or, for commercial matters, business@mac-hub.com. The Operator’s registration details are in the Legal Notice / Company Information. Version 1.0 — 12 October 2026.
